Farmed in the whitsundays
Myrtlevale fingerlimes first planted trees in 2017 to supply the local restaurants with a native and unique option for vistors to experience. Fingerlimes originate in South QLD and North NSW but are sturdy enough to be grown in the Whitsundays variable climate. A frozen spoonable product will be available out of season.
Byron Sunrise
Fruit skin colour: Maroon. Vesicles colour: Dark orange to red in colour. Flavour: Orange and lime.
Emerald
Fruit skin colour: Dark green. Vesicles colour: Bright green. Flavour: Tart with lemon aftertones.
Red champagne
Fruit skin colour: Red. Vesicles colour: Light pink to pink. Flavour: Lime, lemon and berry.
Chartreuse
Fruit skin colour: Yellow-green. Vesicles colour: Lemon yellow. Flavour: Lemon zesty.
